To open and read Portable Document Format (PDF) files, a Reader can be downloaded, free of charge, from the Adobe website: www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

A Reader for files in Microsoft Word or Excel format can be downloaded free of charge from the Microsoft website.

If you have a copy of the Acrobat Reader, but after clicking on one of the links you get a blank screen, try refreshing the page by pressing the "Ctrl" key with the "F5" key (or "shift" key with the "Reload" on some browsers).
